While working within a popular and proven chalet holiday concept, our goal is to give you an unforgettable holiday experience with that 'home away from home' feeling and a highly personal touch in everything we do.

In order to provide you with maximum skiing time & flexibility when planning your holiday we offer a concierge service; we'll be in touch before your arrival to discuss all arrangments. This can include everything from booking extra activities such as skidooing, tailoring the menus, providing extras for young babies to pre booking ski & board lessons and organising ski & board hire.

For non skiers and skiers alike, La Clusaz also features an outdoor ice rink, picturesque snow shoe walks, tandem paragliding flights, a swimming pool complex, weekly local markets and horse drawn carriage rides. You can also take in the nearby town of Annecy for long lunches and shopping in a perfectly preserved medieval alpine setting.

Kids

Being parents ourselves, we know that if the kids are happy then, odds on, so are you. That’s why, at Chalet Maxim Alpine Holidays, looking after their needs is a priority.

Before you travel we will discuss our children's menus with you, so you can let us know if there are any favourite meals and we can weed out any truly detested substances! We’ll also talk to you about any childcare requirements, which we either arrange in-house or with the local French tourist crèche. For your convenience we also supply travel cots, highchairs, kids tableware, a steriliser, emergency nappies, baby baths, toys, videos and games.
